Energy Awareness

Waypoint Message
Your energy matters. Every day, you carry a limited supply of it, just like a battery. Some things give you energy, like music, movement, fresh air, or time with people who make you feel seen. Other things quietly drain your energy, like overthinking, too much screen time, or pretending you’re okay when you’re not. Energy awareness means learning to pay attention. What fills you up? What wears you out? This awareness helps you make smart choices about where to spend your energy and when to pause and recharge. You do not have to push through everything. Sometimes, the strongest choice is simply taking a moment to notice how you feel and give your energy what it needs.
