Success Strategies

1. Exhale Tension
Inhale deeply, then exhale while saying silently: “I release the pressure.” Do this three times.

2. Drop the “Shoulds”
When your brain says, “I should be better,” reply: “I’m doing my best, and that’s enough right now.”

3. Permission Slip
Write yourself a short note: “I give myself permission to take a break from ____ to go do something that will help me feel more calm".
